Over the past decade, “a2i”, supported by the Cabinet Division, ICT Division, USAID and UNDP Bangladesh, has undertaken different innovative initiatives to transform various government services into digital services for better service delivery. “a2i” is delivering services to citizens' doorsteps to reduce time, cost and visit (TCV) in providing public services. The citizens – from urban to marginalized levels – have already started to receive the benefits of all these digital services. To showcase photos illustrating the development in citizen services through the activities and progress of a2i or Digital Bangladesh, a2i has organized a photography competition, titled “Celluloid Stories: Transformation by Using Digital Services,” for the first time.
