<p>An ordinary people can read class notes and listen class. Physically disorder people, having hearing and seeing power can read class notes and enjoy class lectures. Though their movement is a problem. We are working on specially blind people who are unable to read notes. Though they understand class lectures through hearing but they are unable to see board content in the class room. To make accessible class notes and lectures for the blind people we present a new device that allows blind people to read class notes and realize board written content along with any written content. Proposal: A live listening device for blind people that can read all the writing in front of the person. We named this device as “TalkingGlass”. Description of the device: Users use TalkingGlass as goggles. Camera attached with TalkingGlass focused on the writing in front of the users. User control the focusing and takes a file photo. Instantly the image processes in TalkingGlass to detect the characters and produces meaningful sounds according to the writings. All process simultaneously occurs. Thus users don’t fall in synchronization problem like a general student . Blind student can read and listen in suitable speed. This is a hardware device along with software.
