<p>Usually, beneficiaries of the community become reluctant to continue with family planning and antenatal services because that requires them to spend time and money to visit local office for desired services.</p>

<p>A depot holder has been created for each 60 capable couple with one volunteer (preferably a village doctor or ex-NGO worker)who provides necessary advisory support on antenatal and post delivery services including distribution of family planning materials as one stop service at the door-step.</p>
