<p>There was no specific data of poor patients. Poor people were reluctant to come to the hospital due to lack of money. Patients had to spend huge time in front of outdoor ticket counter and doctor’s chamber.</p>

<p>Poor people have been identified through house to house visit with helps from Union Parishad. Health cardsare provided to the poor people. It is helping them to meet doctor easily without taking ticket from counter. A hotline service has been introduced for providing primary medical servicesover mobile phone to the poor patients.</p>
